For more than 25 years, Bell Biv DeVoe – the GRAMMY-nominated trio composed of Ricky Bell, Michael Bivins and Ron DeVoe – has been merging hip-hop beats, new jack swing, and R&B harmonies. A direct product of the 1980s group New Edition, Bell Biv DeVoe’s explosive debut album, Poison, sold more than 4 million copies and spawned four R&B classics: "Do Me," "When Will I See You Smile Again," "BBD ... I Thought It Was Me,” and the party-starting, platinum-selling title track. The group’s subsequent albums include the best-selling WBBD - Bootcity!: The Remix Album, the gold-certified Hootie Mack, and BBD (which produced the red-hot club-banger, “Da Hot Sh*t”). Along the way, BBD has also reunited with New Edition comrades Bobby Brown, Ralph Tresvant and Johnny Gill, to both tour and record a best-selling reunion album, Home Again. Originally formed in the 1990s, the GRAMMY-nominated vocal trio SWV (aka “Sisters with Voices”) has earned a spot as one of the most successful R&B girl groups of all time. To date, SWV has sold more than 25 million records worldwide and produced a series of hit singles, including "Weak," "Right Here/Human Nature," "I'm So into You," and "You're the One." For two decades now, the Baltimore-based vocal group Dru Hill has smoothly combined elements of R&B, soul, hip-hop, and gospel music. The group has recorded seven chart-topping R&B hits, including "In My Bed," "Never Make a Promise," and "How Deep Is Your Love."
