Food Truck Fridays is a monthly summer community event hosted by Gateway U. Held on the first Friday of each month from June through August in downtown Newark, the event features local food trucks, live DJ, artists, community vendors, and activities celebrating the culture, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit of the city. Free and open to all ages.
