Hands down, the Best Portuguese restaurant in Newark. Can't stay away from this place. The roasted baby pig is awesome. Awesome! And the best part - service! Those guys really know how to take care of you, best service anywhere.

Went with my wife and parents on a Saturday night for dinner. Perfect meal. Service was polite, professional and timely. Dining room was cozy. The food was VERY good. We had the garlic shrimp and sausage appetizers. Everyone enjoyed. I had paella. Could have served an entire family. My wife had a chicken dish that she really enjoyed. Mom had stuffed shrimp which ahe said was the best she has had. Dad had a gigantic sirloin with shrimp. Sangria was delicious and potent. Chocolate mousse for dessert finished a great meal. Would I return? Only question is when. Highly recommend.

The place so beautiful and there was parking right in front. I have to say the experience here was beyond amazing. The owner is so kind and helpful, I never been to a restaurant where the owner is so hands on and helps this much, usually they have their managers do that, but not Diene he was awesome . Not only did the owner respond back to my messages so quickly, he also did such a great job in recommending drinks for me to start my date off right Which was perfect, since I got a chance to show off in front of my date as if I knew what I was talking about lol.
