Krug’s Tavern, 118 Wilson Ave. - Since Krug’s has been in business since 1932, it’s practically a rite of passage to stop in for what many consider to be the best burger in Newark. This local favorite is the perfect low key dive bar to meet friends and catch up over cheap beer and freshly made all-beef patties seared to juicy perfection on a hot fry grill.
