Including all of Washington Park & portions of Broad, Orange, James, Bleeker, Summit, Halsey, Washington, New, Linden, Warren, Burnet & Eagles Streets; Central and University Aves.; Martin Luther King, Jr Blvd. It is the last and largest remaining concentration of red-brick masonry townhouses which still exists in the City of Newark.
