REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP): Newark Downtown District Ambassador Program
The Newark Alliance is seeking qualified vendors for the reimagined Newark Downtown District (NDD) Ambassador Program. Following the recent merge of the Newark Downtown District and Newark Alliance, this is a unique opportunity to enhance a beloved and successful program that plays a vital role in maintaining the vibrancy and safety of Newark’s downtown. The NDD is restructuring its ambassador services into three specialized categories to foster expertise, encourage healthy competition, and ensure accountability.
Proposals are sought from vendors capable of delivering services starting May 1, 2026.

The Manager, Digital Marketing will lead Newark Alliance’s digital storytelling across platforms, elevate the Newark brand, and expand our reach through strategic content and influencer partnerships.
