Inspired by the street food of her native Tel Aviv, Chef Einat Admony designed a health conscious menu for Flora of hummus, tabouleh, babaganoush, shwarma sandwiches, and falafel.
 She’s well known for her falafel restaurant, Taïm, in Greenwich Village.
