I am a Hotel located in Newark, how can I participate in the program?

Good News, Hotels located with the City of Newark Tourism Improvement District are automatically given a Bronze membership.  Newark Hotels who want additional exposure are free to upgrade their membership level

I am Hotel in Harrison, can I participate in the program?

Hotels, motels and lodging institutions outside of the City of Newark are not eligible to participate in the membership program

What forms of payment does the GNCVB accept?

We accept all major credit cards and check

When does my membership expire?

Your membership is for one full year from the date on which you join. If the GNCVB does not receive a written cancelation notice 30 days prior to our anniversary date, your membership is automatically renewed.

How is my membership activated?

Your membership will be activated after you are accepted into program which should take 2-business days and 8-10 days from the receipt of payment. 

How do I change the hours of operation on my listing?

Please contact the GNCVB (byron@newarkhappening.com), and those changes will be made within 2-business days.

Can I make a change to an existing event listing?

At this time, you cannot edit existing events. Please contact the GNCVB at gncvb@newarkhappening.com, and your changes will be made within 24 hours.
