The Islamic Society Of Essex County (ISOEC) was established in 2003 as a non-member; non-political and non-profit corporation incorporated in the State of New Jersey. ISOEC grew out of its predecessor the Islamic Cultural Center (ICC) which was established in 1981 to service the religious needs of the area community and is currently in its 29th year of operation. The Society provides regular religious and social services to the community.
